Barefoot

I have mostly been busy lately, with living. Editing the book has been a task and a half and my respect to editors everywhere, it is not a simple job. Luckily my editor is incredible. I often wonder how regularly I should be on here. All the media experts have an opinion on being ever-present on the web. That doesn't work for me. I need to disengage and be a part of planet earth. That usually means being out running in nature or creating art in the form of music with talented musicians. This morning I went running in the grass, barefoot. The dewy grass massaging my toes and connecting me to the ground. Take off your shoes this week and feel the earth beneath you. Your inner child will thank you.
